  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

Delivery Time

  • Dubai: 1–3 business days

  • Other UAE Emirates: 2–5 business days

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations within the UAE.

Delivery Attempts

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, our courier partner may contact you to arrange a re-delivery.
